Mr. Pelley is a Member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, King County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association – Criminal Law Section.
He is a graduate of Willamette University and Willamette University College of Law, where he was awarded with the Public Interest Law Fellowship.
